About:

“After playing 3 years of high school football and being a backup kicker all 4 years of college, I still wanted to kick. So throughout the course of my junior and senior year of college, I got more and more serious with training and kicking. My biggest struggle was always my diet and getting results in the weight room. After my rookie season of professional football and bouncing around to 3 different teams, I set my goals extremely high this year for my off season training.

When a good friend of mine Rich DeAngelo reached out to me about following ISF programming, I was very excited and thrilled to incorporate his training and diet plan into my schedule. Over the last 5/6 months, I have battled with injuries and staying healthy, despite this I have been through 3 detailed phases of goal specific training. I have gained about 12 pounds of muscle while working with ISF and I have noticed significant improvement in my performance on the field and in the way I feel.

Because of my kicking program and ISF's routines, I have been able to perform with confidence and at a high level. As I move forward with ISF, I plan to be even stricter and focused with my diet (my most difficult part) so I can get the projected results.

I highly recommend ISF training for anyone who is seriously passionate and dedicated to a healthy change.”

Trainer’s Note:

Mike joined the ISF family back in August of 2014, with his goal of becoming more powerful and explosive on the football field. Giving him the power needed to kick/punt the ball higher and farther. ISF training and nutrition in addition to Mike’s offseason kicking plan has achieved this. Mike has shown up to his team’s training camp in March 2015 with 12 pounds of muscle added to his frame (only 18 weeks of training due to injury). We are looking forward to continuing our work with Mike for his in season maintenance program.
